This notice explains how the Dental Zana marketing site (“Landing”) uses cookies / browser storage and how we process personal data when you request a demo. It is a practical product notice, not legal advice.
Who we are
Dental Zana operates this site to market clinic software and schedule product demos. Contact: erigersmamoci@gmail.com.
Cookies & local storage
- Necessary: we store your cookie preference so we can remember whether analytics is allowed.
- Analytics (optional): if you accept, we store an anonymous session id and campaign attribution (for example UTM parameters and referrer) in your browser, send first-party event data to Dental Zana servers (page views, section views, CTA clicks, demo funnel steps), and load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID configured for this site) with Consent Mode so analytics storage is only granted after you accept.
- We do not load advertising pixels. Rejecting analytics keeps the site and demo request usable.
Demo requests
When you submit the demo form, we process the details you provide (name, email, clinic name, country, phone, optional website, team size, plan interest) to respond, book a session, and follow up. Legal bases typically include steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in answering sales enquiries. If you accepted analytics, we may also link the request to your Landing session / UTM source.
Retention
Analytics events are kept to measure marketing performance and improve the funnel. Demo request records are kept while the sales conversation is active and as needed for related business records.
Your choices
You can reject analytics and still use the site and request a demo. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete demo-request personal data by emailing the contact above.
